Shake-Meal-Shake Day 2


Today your protocol includes:

·     Shake for breakfast

·     1 or 2 meals [you can divide your 1 meal into 2 smaller meals] - (see FAQ’s)

·     Shake for dinner or dessert (depends on whether you had 1 or 2 meals)

·     2 accelerator capsules (1 in the morning; 1 in the afternoon – between 1pm & 2pm)

·    Isagenix Snacks™ (1 snack every 1.5 – 2 hrs between meals to keep blood sugar in balance) 

·     Drink ½ body weight (in ounces) of water throughout the day.

If you received Replenish® (electrolyte replacement drink) you may have up to two times today.


You might find that simple, clean, healthy 'food' is tasting really good, and you may begin to lose the cravings for heavily processed foods, and sugar.  I often hear comments like - "I never thought a piece of fish, or broccoli could taste so good!"

In addition you may begin to feel more energized and you may have more ‘clarity’ of mind – this is a result of cleansing out the toxins and replenishing with the nutritious shakes.  For some, it might take a few more days before you feel energized.

I, personally follow a ‘daily cleansing lifestyle’, so to speak.  By keeping with the shakes and a small amount of juice (just 2 ounces) on a daily basis, I've continued to reap the benefits of cleansing out the toxins, and replacing with great nutrition daily.  I have found that I no longer have cravings; the afternoon slump is gone; I've continued to maintain fat/weight loss and I feel like I’m getting younger. My experience has been one of health, vibrancy and energy - every day - it just gets better!  

By staying with the product on a maintenance basis - getting in some cleanse juice (just 2 ounces each morning) and a shake or two daily - the nutrition (which has minerals/trace minerals and other nutrients that are missing from our foods) will continue to nourish the body, mind and spirit.
