Pre Cleanse Day 2

Hope you are enjoying your shakes (you may find that old cravings start to lessen or disappear and you may begin to 'crave' the shakes as you go through the program and eliminate the toxins)

Today your program includes:

  • 2 IsaLean Shakes 
  • 1 or 2 meals (divide 1 meal into 2 smaller meals)
  • 1 accelerator capsule
  • 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) of water
  • snacks of your choice (see list below)

Remember this is about eliminating the toxins - so eat healthy, organic, whole grains, lean protein, veggies (lots of dark green veggies, is great!)  You can have 2 smaller meals instead of 1 meal - just divide your protein between the two meals, and bulk up on lots of vegetables; then have your second shake for dessert.  Have a couple of healthy snacks, drink lots of water and remember your 1 accelerator capsule, in the morning.

Stay strong - yes there are going to be challenges, but, this program will change your life - the results at the end are so worth it. I speak from experience, this cleanse changed my life in ways I never imagined.

If you’re anticipating a slew of challenges, it’s unlikely you’ll be disappointed. Your feelings could compel you to see obstacles where there are none or let fear and anxiety direct your actions.

You may feel tense in anticipation of what might arise. You could combat your pessimism by looking inward and asking yourself for the real cause for your feelings. It doesn’t serve you to worry about what hasn’t happened, especially as you will likely handle what comes your way with aplomb.  Act with strength during your 2 cleanse days, trust that the universe is taking care of you, and everything will turn out fine.

Letting go of your anxieties can help you face the unknown without faltering. Instead of preparing us for what may lie ahead, these fears and anxieties can actually sabotage our efforts by driving us to engage in self-defeating behaviors. Anxiety is often focused on unpleasant possibilities that may not even happen. The scenarios we create in our minds can prevent us from following our path because the world seems fraught with peril. When you accept that no one knows what the future will bring, you are free to anticipate positive outcomes because they have just as good a chance of happening as do negative ones. Let go of your anxieties, and you’ll bring more good into your life.
